Our Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original unworn condition. Defective items may still be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us at princesskaiulanifashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at princesskaiulanifashion@gmail.com.

There will be a $10 restocking fee, and when shipping was free on the initial order, a shipping and handling fee (minimum $10) will be subtracted from the original purchase price. The returning shipment fee will be paid by the customer. When making an exchange, Muumuu Mall will ship your exchange items free of charge.

Items Not Accepted for Return

All worn, custom-made, and altered items are final sale.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products and face masks), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues 
Please check your items when you receive them. If you find something wrong with the item, please contact us immediately.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Princess Kaiulani Fashions will ship your exchange items free of charge.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee, and if your order qualified for free shipping, a shipping and handling fee (minimum $10) will also be deducted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
